Baghdad - Iraq: On May 26, 2023, in a surprise visit to the Buruj Residential Project by Modon, Engineer Mr. Hassan Ali Hassan, the President of the Baghdad Investment Commission, visited to observe the progress of work within the project. Mr. Hassan praised Modon Real Estate Development, which is executing its projects according to standards, technical specifications, and the quality of materials used in the Buruj project. 

The President also commended their commitment to the directives and instructions of the relevant authorities, as well as their implementation of occupational safety regulations for the workers in the project.

The Buruj Residential Project is considered one of the leading projects in the capital city of Baghdad. It spans an estimated area of 29,072 square meters and consists of 31 residential towers in a vertical system. The project is ongoing in all its stages.
