The award ceremony was held on May 22, 2024, at Habtoor Palace, Dubai. Organized by Design Middle East and BNC Publishing, the awards celebrate excellence in the region’s architectural industry.

Future City, developed by Modon and currently under construction in Baghdad, is designed to provide 25,016 residential units, featuring single-family plots, multi-family apartment buildings, retail components, and comprehensive community facilities to support a modern lifestyle.
