Omar Wadeea Al Handal

Omar Al Handal's professional journey encompasses pivotal leadership roles. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Al Handal International Group and Chairman of The Station Foundation for Entrepreneurship, Baghdad's inaugural co-working space and business incubator established in 2017 as a non-profit organization committed to youth empowerment and capacity building. Additionally, Omar holds the position of General Partner at Iraq Venture Partners (IVP), the first venture capital fund in Iraq founded in 2022, with a specific focus on investing in promising Iraqi startups in seed and pre- seed stages. Omar's educational journey includes earning Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration and Management from the American University in Dubai, as well as in Business Administration and Marketing from the Canadian University in Dubai.
