Wadee Al-Handal Receives Prestigious Award by Iraqi Society for Statistical Sciences for Leadership in Banking

On the 23rd of January, President of the Iraqi Private Banks League and Chairman of Al Handal International Group, Wadee Al-Handal, was honored with the prestigious Creativity Medal by the Iraqi Society for Statistical Sciences. This recognition reflects Al-Handal's significant contributions to supporting and enhancing the Iraqi banking sector. The award ceremony, held at the association's headquarters in Baghdad, saw the presence of esteemed personalities and the board of directors. Dr. Mahdi Al-Alaq, President of the Iraqi Society for Statistical Sciences, commended Wadee Al-Handal for his efforts in supporting the society and fostering successful scientific and practical activities. Al-Handal and the Association of Private Banks were praised for their pivotal role in developing the association's work, with many activities benefiting from their support.

In his gratitude-filled speech, Wadee Al-Handal emphasized the commitment of the Iraqi Private Banks League to continue supporting and developing the banking sector. He highlighted the significant community initiatives undertaken through the Empowerment Fund, funded by private banks, and the efforts to promote financial inclusion and management.
