The Ambassador of Happiness Engineer Wadeea Al Handal the Chairman of Al Handal international Group attended Wednesday the conclusion ceremony of the 23rd session of the GCC smart Government and smart cities conference.
The five days conference was held in Dubai from 13 to 17 May aimed to encourage the public and private sector to develop a culture of excellence in Smart Service transactions and e-Knowledge.
Eng Al Handal confirmed on the side of the conference that the conference saw considerable momentum participants where aims to build and publish ideas for smart Government in the Arabian Gulf and the Middle East.
He added that the 23rd session of the Conference discussed several themes were intended to reach beyond e-Government.
He added that the conference focused on adopting and raising the smart services to the highest global standards in all the e-government sectors to build effective communication and exchange experiences among various regions.
The Ambassador of Happiness Eng Al Handal hailed the U.A.E. in general and Dubai in particular in adopting new ideas that aim to spread happiness in the society.
He pointed out that Dubai would be the first city in the world which will witness the launching of the flying taxi and that will be next July.
Meanwhile He stressed that this will be a high jump in Dubai’s record of adopting everything new in the world.
Eng Al Handal praised the leaderships of the UAE , His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, The UAE President and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum The UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai his Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the armed forces on their unlimited support to all residents of the UAE, whether citizens or expatriates.
However, The Ambassador of Happiness Eng Al Handal met on the sidelines of the conference the UAE lecturer Dr Ahmad Tahlak where commended his efforts in deploying smart ideas in the Arabia Gulf and the Arab world.
He explained that the five days Conference saw well attended from leading Figures, decision makers and regional and global media.
